103.6 Piston Ring Holder Tool
What is it?
This 103.6 Piston Ring Holder Tool is used for 996 Turbo and 997.1 Turbo engine building with our Big bore 103.6mm 996/997.1TT piston-cylinder set
How to it?
Use the piston ring holder tool for Cylinder #2 and #5 when installing the pistons to the liners. Once the piston is slid in place, the ring holder will slide off the back of the piston, seperating easily and retrievable with a magnet.
Are they any good?
These Porsche Piston ring holder tools are Wire EDM cut for the highest precision.
How many do I need?
We’d love to sell you a ton of these, but honestly you’ll only need 1 since you can only install one bank at a time. But for those engine builders that either like to have spares, or like to prepare #2 and #5 pistons at the same time, grab 2. We’re sure you’ll be happy with our tool.
