Protomotive Billet Blow off valves 964, 993, 996, 997.2, 991 Turbo
When tuning for more performance, a pair of Protomotive billet Blow off valves will make sure you are getting all you can! The oem bovs are great in oem applications. But when tuning for higher power, performance and boost, you’ll want to upgrade your bovs. Made of 6061 T-6 aluminum bodies with O-ring construction, these are very long lasting. they’re serviceable as well vs. oem being throw away and replace. These are direct replacements for the 964/C2 turbo, 993 Turbo, 996 Turbo, 997.2 Turbo and 991 Turbos. But also work amazing on 997.1 Turbos when you install a pair of killer Xonas, EFRs, Garrets or any non-vgt turbocharger that’ll require you to replace the oem bypass with a bov.
On our fenderwell intake systems we weld the nozzle directly to the intercooler inlet tank for a no worry connection vs. clamping with hose.
