What is the Billet Coolant Bung labor process?

  • This service is to pull and clean the oem fittings out
  • Replace them with our billet coolant bung kits.  note: (996tt/997.1tt get different sets of bungs installed)
  • After these are tig welded, all pieces are pressure tested to 130psi to ensure no leaks once installed

Prepare your parts to ship:

  • Please be considerate and clean your parts prior to shipping to us.
  • Pack them well!
  • These parts are getting hard to find and are costly!
  • We want them to make it back in excellent condition
  • That starts with you packing them properly first!

The actual throttle plate angle is the next column over and is pretty much exactly what it's telling you it is. On some cars 100% is 100%; while on others 100% or max throttle angle may be limited to 85%. What we're typically looking for here is throttle closure since we're dealing with E-throttle cars and the ECU is controlling them based on many, many conditions- and not simply where your foot is on the throttle pedal.
