Xona XR1100 turbos for 996/997.1 Turbo
What are XR1100 Turbos?
- Looking for a 1000whp bolt-on solution? Here you go! Xona XR1100 Turbos for Porsche!
- Bolt on for 996 or 997.1 turbos for an amazing improvement in power!
- 993tt’s can use these with a flange change.
- These flow right at 55lbs each at the compressor. Good for 1100hp at the crank, or 1000whp level (dynapack and dynojet ratings).
- Even on pump fuel as a nice upgrade for k16s or oem k24’s 600 to 700hp are totally possible!
- Maybe overkill, until you consider turbos don’t like to run at their limits, but instead prefer to operate in the highest efficiency islands.
How much power can XR1100 Turbos make?
997.1 Turbos can enjoy 6 to 700hp levels of power without the huge amounts of boost required on VGTs. A similarly set up 997 turbo with vgts vs. XR1100s will take 1.65+ bar of boost to reach 700whp levels, where the Xona XR1100 Turbos for Porsche can get there at around 1.25 bar only! That equates to probably 100deg turbo outlet temp reduction. And 0.5 Bar less backpressure! Let your engine breathe easy!
- These feels right on street or track cars.
- Not overly twitchy, nor lazy. Just right!
- Outright, no core required.
- 997.1 TT line kits required for coolant and oil conversion fittings
- Too much? Running pump gas only? Check out the XR800s instead.
